These Terms of Service govern your use of the Catalyst platform and the Phelas website (collectively "the Service"), operated by Phelas GmbH ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Service
Catalyst is a purpose-built software platform for techno-economic modelling of battery energy storage systems (BESS). Access to the platform is granted on a case-by-case basis.
3. Account Registration
To access Catalyst analyses, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Not share access credentials with third parties

All financial modelling outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phelas GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
